Jump into the modern world of pop-culture poetry, where we write poems that are directly related to your favorite IPs. Whether it’s movies, graphic novels, tv shows, celebrities, musicians, or even TikTok and YouTube stars, we take it all on while we learn how to write what truly captures modern readers, invoking memory, and crafting our own poems along the way! Join award-winning poet and educator, Tara A. Elliott, as she takes us on a poetic journey, learning all about the craft of poetry—including imagery, form, voice, tone, line and stanza breaks, titles, figurative language, anaphora, allusion and oh, so-much-more along the way!
